These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glacier ("Glacier," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website and web application located at viral-crew.vercel.app and any successor domain (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Glacier is an AI-assisted content strategy tool. It provides access to a set of AI "persona" assistants that generate suggestions, drafts, analysis, and recommendations about social media content, based on information you provide and general knowledge built into the assistants. Glacier does not post content to any social platform on your behalf, does not manage advertising accounts, and does not guarantee any particular result, engagement outcome, or business performance.

Content, strategy suggestions, performance analysis, and advertising recommendations generated by Glacier's AI personas are produced by a large language model and are provided for informational purposes only. They are notprofessional marketing, legal, financial, or advertising-compliance advice, and Glacier does not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to act on any output before publishing content, spending advertising budget, or making business decisions based on it. Some of Glacier's personas reference research about how social platforms currently rank and distribute content; platform algorithms change frequently and Glacier cannot guarantee that information remains current.
You retain ownership of the business information, links, and data you submit to Glacier ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to process it — including sending it to third-party AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content.
Glacier is offered on a monthly subscription of $40/month, billed to the payment method on file until you cancel. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Pricing may change in the future; if it does, we will notify you before any new rate takes effect. Payment information is processed and stored by our payment processor, not by Glacier directly.
This section applies only if you affirmatively check the SMS consent box when creating your account. Checking that box is always optional and is never required to create an account or use the Service.
By opting in, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from Glacier (business name: Glacier / VelmoLabs) at the mobile number you provided, including messages about product updates, new features, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies but you should expect up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier for details.
You do not have to agree to receive marketing texts to create a Glacier account or use any part of the Service.
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKEto any message to opt out at any time — you'll receive one final confirmation text and no further marketing messages after that. You can also revoke consent at any time by emailing support@useglacier.app, and we will honor that request within 10 business days, consistent with FCC rules on consent revocation through any reasonable method.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported.
Glacier, its logo, and the underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, or discontinue the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glacier and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
